Corporate Social Responsibility Activities approved by the Board
The Board approved to spend the CSR obligation on the present activities covering
(i) Promoting Education (Schedule VII (ii))
(ii) Health & Hygiene (Schedule VII (i) )
and also as permitted as per Company CSR policy /Schedule VII of the Companies Act
either directly or through implementing agencies within the applicable Financial year.
